Still a favorite . . . .

No matter how many times we look at this image, it is still one of our favorites. And, NO, this chandelier has not been painted. It is shown in a natural state of "sun bleached" which means the antler sheds have been laying out in the weather for at least one season, maybe two seasons, in the sun.

If sheds are out longer than that, they start to decompose and become chalky. Animals start gnawing on them so they lose their natural shape and integrity. This is why it is important to us to choose just the right antler for your project.
